The AUTOPULIT CNC polishing machines are highly flexible; their high-tech allows finishing a great variety of parts which up to now used to require special solutions and very difficult to automate.

Piece Holding table
The piece holding table may have one, two or four workpiece spindles in the case of several heads in line for medium or big sized parts or a rotary table for TRANSFER CNC machines with capacity for 4 to 8 workpiece spindles for small and medium sized parts.
Working Head
The UT-CNC "HD" working heads are extremely solid and their great robustness avoids possible vibrations generated by the polishing tool; in standard execution, the heads installed are model HP for transfer rotary machines and HD for machines with working heads in line. All the movements are done on a linear pad and the ball screw is driven by "BRUSHLESS" motors.
Software
The polishing software, specially developed by AUTOPULIT, allows quick and easy programming of any part by means of a "teach Pendant" or "joystick" not requiring specialists. The finishing of the different areas of the parts is automatically achieved moving the head and the part with the INTERPOLATION of the 5 or 6 axis.
Applications
Water fittings, door furniture, silver and goldsmithery, cookware, lamps, craftwork, aluminium and zamak castings, motorcycle and automobile parts, etc; in general, for complex varied parts requiring a high quality finish.
