The PLD Dock Scissors Lift family is a stationary, low to medium capacity surface mounted hydraulic scissors lifts, which have a low profile of 6" to 6-1/2". These scissors lifts are designed especially for situations where no dock exists. Because the PLD Surface Mount Dock Lifts are not installed in a pit, these hydraulic scissors lifts can be relocated easily should dock locations or requirements change. The PLD Dock Scissors Lifts provide through-loading only (no 90 degree load patterns) in travels to 55-1/2", capacities to 5,000 lbs., and are equipped with handrails, (1) hinged bridge per end, and self-contained or remotely located hydraulic power unit.

The PDQ Dock Scissors Lift series of hydraulic scissors lifts are portable, medium capacity surface mounted lifts with a very low 4-1/2" profile. The PDQ Dock Scissors Lifts are rated to 6,000 lb. capacity and are designed for high volume, through-loading applications especially in areas where no dock exists. The integrated approach ramp allows the rolling of loads to or from ground level, and a throw-over bridge on the opposite end of the platform helps to transition the load to or from an elevated loading surface such as a dock or truck. These PDQ lifts come with a dolly handle, which is used to move an empty lift manually to any location in the dock or parking lot area. Quick-disconnect, single-phase electrical connections allow the hydraulic power unit to be plugged into any convenient receptacle with adequate service rating.
