Filling is carried out by gravity and the system is suitable to treat products from an ambient temperature up to 90°C.
The excess product, after the self-levelling filling, is sent back to the preparation and filtration plant.
The product flow to the filler is adjusted by a modulating valve in order to give a constant control of the product flow.
Machine model are available to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.
