Custom designed Micro-D industrial connectors

Axon’ propose custom designed Micro-D connectors which meet the most severe requirements (shock resistance, limited space, weight, etc…)

A custom designed number of ways (for example, 18, 33 or 120), connectors including power and coaxial contacts, overmoulding solutions, circular connectors suppliers, etc… are requirements that Axon’ can meet.

Axon’ manufacture the key components of Micro-D connectors (twist pin contacts, insulators, gaskets, etc…).

This strong integration helps the group to offer complete solutions which meet the special requirements of the aeronautics, space, military, industrial, military and off-shore markets.
Axon’ are also able to offer EMI solutions (special shielding, backshells, etc…).

The group also offer a range of standard Micro-D connectors which are QPL qualified per MIL-DTL-83513. The QPL-approval enables Axon’ Cable to do business with military companies which require this approval throughout the world.
All of these MIL qualified products use high reliability twist pin technology.
