The iCube has capitalized on the progress made in microprocessor technology by condensing traditional control components into a single, compact unit - reducing manufacturing costs, overall power consumption of control solutions and application development time. Allows standardization to a single controller fitting most applications and greater flexibility for future development.
The i3 controller offers the benefit of a full PLC - all the timers, math and complex functions as most standard PLC's - combined with PID, temperature and process control, on-board I/O, and expandability. The color HMI is a fantastic interface offering 1,040 custom screens supporting a variety of bit maps, and animation. i3 controllers also have expandable options: Ethernet and GSM/GPRS modem communications, optional built-in web server for the color touch screen controllers. Free configuration manager included - straight-forward programming software used for programming logic and screens.
