CIP unit CIP (Clean In Place) System

The CIP MONOBLOC is manufactured by E. Bachiller B. SA, and is a stage cleaning system specifically engineered for the cleaning of vessels which are utilized in the pharmaceutical as well as in cosmetic processes. The system primarily enables a hassle-free cleaning operation through its efficient water consumption. In addition, it is capable of rinsing using clean, regenerated or purified water. Diluted acids, diluted sodas as well as sanitizing solutions are also alternatives depending on the given application. This system features a volume capacity ranging from 500 up to 3,000 liters, and is also equipped with sanitary storage tank for purified water, as well as with sanitary pumps for circulating/washing at a high flow rate.
