BaerCoil® Wire Thread Inserts offer an optimal solution for thread reinforcement, thread repair and recovery of rejected items. They provide high strenght and high-precision threads that resist the effects of temperture, vibrations and corrosion. The inserts ensure superior threads whose compound performance cannot be reproduced by any other single fastening method.

BaerCoil® inserts are rolled from high quality steel wire with a diamond shaped cross section, wound to the shape of a spring. They are generally manufactured in 304 stainless steel, but also available in inconel x750, nimonic 90, phosphor bronze and type 316 stainless steel. Available in all metric and inch sizes, including UNC, UNF, BSC, BSW, BSP, BSF, BA, NPT and METRIC. Types: "free running" and "screw grip". BaerCoil® Threaded Inserts are available in magazined and single. BAER offers corresponding fitting solutions, from hand-held fitting tools and taps to machine fitting tools and machine taps. BaerCoil® products are compatible with wire thread inserts and tools from other manufacturers.
