Our Standard solution provides the basis for customised riveting applications:
- 2 or 4 indexing table positions
- 300 x 200 mm working range
- Machine and riveting process control with freely selectable quality assesment logic

Highly cost-effective for small runs due to high-speed job changes:
- Change workholder. Standardised workpiece holders can easily be converted into customised holders
- Insert matching riveting tool
- Activate programme...
... and the machine is ready for the next run

Two Hand Start:
After the parts have been positioned, the indexing table is advanced with a two hand start. This is a standard feature.

Foot Switch Operation:
The indexing table can be activated with a foot pedal (with hinged flap) in applications which meet the relevant safety standards.

- Rotary potentiometer for axis speed
- Automatic offset compensation of the Z-axis
