- A very precise, zero tolerance adjustable prism guide at the plunger allows precision work even with tools without guide
- Sturdy clamping is safeguarded by several hexagon head bolts all the way through the hollow press body, a measure that further increases the stability of the entire press unit
- A plain guide (ISO fit H7, K7) is used for adjusting the press head
- The detachable clamping piece at the press carriage allows to clamp the tool fixture (spigot) from the front side of the press
- Owing to the special multi-chamber cylinders and the toggle-joint transmission, the air consumption is very low
KHP:
- The stroke can be continuously adjustable by means of a crank handle
- The precise and non-floating adjustable V-guide guarantees accurate working, even with tools without guidance
- The detachable spigot clamp allows frontal loading. By means of the spigot clamp a high holding force is achieved without damage to the fixing spigot
- The adjustable toggle link (special accessory) allows precise adjustment of the operating depth of the ram
- The adjustable and removable press table has a solid and non-floating adjustable flat guidance
- Table with wide T-grooved clamping surface
- The electro-pneumatic safety controls comply with the present CE regulations
