This electronic weighing systems converts the weight via transducer of air pressure.
The system is used for a load check of vehicles equipped with an air suspension system. One or more groups of transducers can be used for a total load check, or for a further check of the loads on the axle or group of axles. A digital weight converter, visualizing the load on each axle and the total weight of the vehicle, is installed in the cabin. A load limit can be set, so that the indicator will signal with an acoustic buzzer when the vehicle maximum is infringed.
It is a necessary tool for drivers who often carry out full load transports. It offers the following advantages:
