The MCC panels are generally long with widths in tens of metres. So the panels are manufactured in suitable lengths upto 2400mm. Such individual lengths are joined together to form the complete panel. This allows for easy manufacturing and also easy transportation and packing. Typically MCC depth is 350/400mm/500mm/600mm for single front design. For double front design the depth is 650mm/750mm. (Two single front of 350/400mm Depth panels joined together.) The depth for ACB panels may be 800, 1000, 1100mm. Standard height is 1800, 2100mm excluding the base. The standard size for base is 75,100 and 150mm.
