Distillation process analyzer for hazardous area
ASTM D86, ATEX, 5 - 40 °C (41 - 104 °F) | DPA-4
BARTEC
The Distillation Process Analyzer (DPA-4) is designed for automatic analysis of the distillation characteristics of liquid petrochemical products at atmospheric pressure. Up to three product streams, with one calibration stream each, can be connected to the online analyzer. It is intended to monitor the quality of production in the process and also the compliance with mandatory specifications for petrochemical products.
The distillation characteristics of a liquid petrochemical product must be analyzed in order to gather information about its behavior during use and storage. The DPA is designed for monitoring and controlling the production process and the composition of blends, e.g. for:
gasoline
products used for petrochemical processes (e.g. naphta)
aviation fuels (kerosene)
fuel oil
diesel
paraffin products
hydrocarbons with a maximum boiling point temperature below pyrolysis
