Tape construction consists of a high temperature resistant fabric substrate with polymeric coating. The fabric is made of 100% BCF (basalt continuous filament) roving. The primer with anti-slip coating improves mechanical, handling and application properties while maintaining good fire resistance performance. Continuous tape is being used as component e.g. in electrical cable constructions & appliances, power electronics and as an interlayer for fire protection of constructions, improving fire behaviour and integrity against direct and indirect ignition sources. Minimum available width is 25 mm.
