The Baublys Control Laser “Automotive Bearings” Marking System has been designed specifically for ease of use and maximum flexibility for marking Automotive.
The flexible, graphical operator interface provides an easy set-up for a variety of Automotive Bearings and feeder tray configurations. Our systems are fully automated and ensure that all parts will be marked with the correct marking content, allowing the user to mark and serialize parts even in tray configurations with missing or odd number of parts.
These laser marking systems are capable of marking Automotive Bearings up to 37” in Diameter and come in a variety of configurations, including:
-Multi-Use Manual Load/Unload System, for low to mid volume production and extra-large bearings
-Rotary Dial Systems, for semi-automated operation
-Programmable Rotary Index Systems, for precise circumferential marking
-Programmable X-Y Table Workstations
