The Deep PowerEngraver Series is Baublys Control Laser’s premier line of Nd:YAG laser marking systems. The Deep PowerEngraver series of marking systems include fully automated, semi-automated and manual part handling solutions to meet any production requirement. These systems utilize patented deep engraving technology allowing the system to achieve marking depths previously unobtainable with other systems. Cycle times for such depths range from one third to one half of the cycle time compared to most systems. It can also perform standard marking tasks such as precipitation marking (also referred to as surface annealing) at significantly higher speeds due to its higher power. The main advantage of these systems is to improve throughput, enhance marking quality and minimize set-up, thus allowing manufacturers to concentrate their time and effort on other production issues. Marking capabilities include text, trademarks, logos, serial numbers, lot codes, date codes, barcodes, 2D data matrix codes and much more.
