The Aurora PowerMark IR is Baublys Control Laser’s premier, yet cost effective, Nd:YAG diode pumped laser marking system producing a 1064nm wavelength. This diode pumped laser markers offer a significantly lower operating cost compared to lamp pumped systems and alignment free operation for even the harshest environments. The Aurora PowerMark diode pumped laser markers use long life diodes operating at up to only 60% of their output power which further enhances the systems operating life giving the Aurora’s diodes a longer operating life than any other equivalent high power diode pumped laser marking system. The innovative modular design also allows the Aurora DpM to be easily upgraded to different wavelengths and power configurations. With the patented high power diode pump chamber and third harmonic intracavity, Nd: YAG laser design, superior conversion from the infrared to ultraviolet wavelengths is possible. The Aurora IR is designed to provide an economic and cost-effective solution for laser marking at the IR wavelength. This diode pumped laser marking systems are also provided in optional Deep IR (266nm), IR (355nm), and Green (532nm) wavelengths, giving it the flexibility to mark virtually any type of material.
