Baumer CameraLink - Cameras with minimum Latency Times
With the new SXC series Baumer supports state-of-the-art Kodak sensors and provides cameras with excellent image quality and highest frame rates at the same time. The Kodak sensors with its Quad Tap technology allow frame rates up to 120 fps at 1 megapixel. The camera models with 2, 4 and 8 megapixel were specially developed for applications demanding high resolutions. All cameras use the CameraLink Base interface which provides cable lengths up to 10 m with a minimum latency time. Pixel formats up to 12 bit, different CameraLink clock rates and flexible tap configurations are supported. The cameras can be adjusted easily by an intuitive configuration tool. Selected frame grabbers are already integrated into the generic Baumer SDK and allow configuration and access to the image via a single interface. The cameras convince with their comprehensive functionality, flexible I/O interfaces as well as a compact and rugged housing design.
