The b maXX-softPLC provides the user with a compact solution with a convenient programming interface. Displaying large quantities of data, controlling systems with a large number of axes and the ease of connecting to higher-order structures are some of the outstanding features of the b maXX-softPLC as a central control solution for decentralized, complex machinery.

From packaging and plastic processing machines to printing presses, the
b maXX-softPLC controls individual robotics functions and handling processes in any complex machine, or can be used as the main machine controller.

The TCP/IP function of the b maXX-softPLC integrates the PLC in the IT environment and incorporates it in LAN and WAN structures. Remote maintenance via the Internet or a modem and program download, program testing or connection to a display system via OPC are easy to achieve. The b maXX-softPLC is the ideal solution, particularly with large quantities of data, maximizing the computing power of the PC's CPU for control tasks.

The b maXX-softPLC is programmed in accordance with the IEC 61131-3 international standard using PROPROGwt II. A changeover to any equipment in the b maXX PLC range is possible. All Motion Control functions, be they single axis or multi-axis, are available in accordance with PLCopen. The cost of engineering is reduced to a minimum.
