The FAW 500 cleaning machine is designed for semi-automatic wet cleaning of vials, bottles, ampoules and similar types of container, including non-stable containers, to pharmaceutical industry standards. After the machine has been loaded manually, the containers are transported through the work area in an intermittent flow and very gently; the cleaned containers are also removed manually. By using the pressure-controlled rinsing and spraying system and various cleaning media, optimal pharma-compliant cleaning of all containers is assured. The various cleaning media can be used is any chosen order in the line system, which is configured in such a way that media do not mix.
