Description

Model 315M happens to be a capacitive differential pressure transducer. It has a completely welded stainless steel structure. The equipment is equipped to sense differential pressure changes through filling oil in the sensor and this feature was based on the BCM 115C capacitive differential pressure sensor. It can be used to sense a wide range of differential pressure ranges from 0~15 mbar differential (D) pressure to 0~413.7bar gauge (G) pressure with accuracy up to 0.2%fs (full scale).

Model 315M can also measure viscous fluids or fluids with particles due to the presence of its large diameter diaphragms. The unit is also compatible with corrosive media. For highly corrosive media applications, the equipment is available with Tantalum, Hastelloy-C, or Monel diaphragms. The device can easily measure temperature using a thermal resister, a thermistor, or a thermal diode.
