Description

The 101B (a13H) is a compact pressure sensor that can work on pressure measurements with hostile media compatible with 316L stainless steel or hastelloy C. The sensor has been based on BCMs piezoresistive sensor and this general purpose sensor is housed in a stainless steel body that has oil filled in it. A stainless steel diaphragm is going to isolate the oil from the medium that is being measured. The 101B(a13H) has smaller dimensions than the 101B(a19H) and is very easily fixed and then sealed using face welding or the O-ring fitting. It features measuring ranges of up to 1000bar. Sealed gauge pressure and absolute pressure can be selected on the sensor. The compensated temperature range is about 0~70 °C and the sensor itself is really reliable.
