SE103 Sensor Dies are general purpose units to gauge relative, absolute or sealed pressure dimensions. It features pie zero resistance and based on the micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) technology. You can get the foot-print of die either 3.45mm x 2.70mm or 2.45mm x 2.45mm based on the range of pressure. Its operations can be compared with the SE101, because the SE103 is based on the silicon-on-glass structure. In addition, the SE103 provides better linearity for the accurate measurements of the pressure.
Moreover, there is a metallic layer located on the interface of the die that is used for the prevention of the bridge resistors from electromagnetic interference and humidity. Every SE103 sensor is completely tested and inspected before packing them. It is an uncompensated sensor die and the unit is available with the open-bridge circuit with 5 solder pads for the adjustment and compensation of the temperature to the zero offset. The SE103 sensor die features adapted parameters, for instance the closed-bridge circuit of the 4 solder pads with non linearity up to 0.25%fs.
