Description

The model 101B (a19D) is a low-profile and compensated sensor for differential pressure. It uses BCM SE103 piezoresistive silicon sensor die. The equipment comes with a sensing element which is packed in a 316L SS (stainless steel) encasement where there is silicone oil filled. This oil helps in transferring the measured pressure from the 316L SS diaphragm to the sensing element. It can be sealed by an O-ring features wetted part with a diameter of 19mm.

The model 101B (a19D) is designed to measure differential pressure measurement from 0~0.1 bar to 0~35 bar with accuracy up to 0.25%fs (full scale). It comes with a flush diaphragm which helps the sensor in measuring viscous fluids or fluids containing particles. The equipment is also compatible with corrosive media. It offers temperature compensation by laser trimming.
