The 430S series transmitters are commonly used for low pressure applications and is made of silicon piezoresistive technology. When a working pressure acts on the metal diaphragm, the pressure is transmitted to a bridge circuit of the pressure sensor die through the filling fluid. The pressure range of the transmitter starts from -30 to +30 mbar and ends to -600 to +600 mbar. The unit is made from stainless steel material, which allows better media compatibility. Several mechanical and electrical interfaces are available.
The unit has an operating and storage temperature, which has a range between -40°C to +125°C. It also has a compensated temperature with a range of -10°C to +60°C. The unit has two protection classes which are IP 65 and IP 66.
