Description

The SE101 sensor die is designed for absolute pressure applications, and is operated on the piezoresistive effect. It has a silicon-on-silicon structure with a dimension of 1 x 1 x 0.6 mm. The unit is available in an open-bridge circuit with 5 solder pads for both adjustment and zero offset. The sensor die can have customized parameters such as die with closed-bridge circuit of 4 solder pads. It can also have customized pressure range. The unit is suitable for either constant voltage or current excitation.

Some of its applications include medical (clinical devices), automotive (tire pressure monitoring), and automation (leak detection). The unit has a pressure range, which is between 0 to 35 bar. It also has storage and operating temperature that ranges between -40°C to +125°C.
