Description

The SE105 is a piezoresistive sensor die specifically made to cater flow meter applications. It provides measurements of differential pressure, static line or static system pressure, and temperature of pipeline all at once. When measuring 2 pressures in the same moment, the die is equipped with 2 silicon diaphragms, one to measure differential pressures and the other for static pressure.

An on-chip thermistor measures the temperature. The die is structured with silicon on glass with dimensions of 3.45 x 4.05 x 1.4 mm. It can measure differential pressure of at most 10 bar and static pressure of at most 160 bar with non linearity rate of at most 0.25 % FS. It can be used in flow meter instrumentation and process control.
