Description
The TORCH TP39V series manual high precision mounters contain a PCB position platform, vision system, guide control system, mute vacuum pump and component feeding system, and feature a disc feeder with up to 24 kinds of components, while the belt type can place 15 components. Upon placement and power-up, operator can change the position of the mounter head to the top of the component, and the device will automatically lift the component. Afterwards, mounted head is to be moved to PCB pad, vision system position, and then rotated and moved towards the related height. The mounting on the PCB pad is achieved via foot pedal.
