Air-cooled UV bridge

Beltron's UV Bridge comes with or without a shutter. It is applicable for retrofitting into existing printing lines or plants. It has a working width of 20 cm to 2 m and a performance that ranges from 80 to 200 W/cm. The equipment can be used on any plant through an air cooling function, special reflectors, and one or two units of UV lamps. It can also be used with stepless power control units, selective filters, as well as quartz glass. Power is saved through pneumatic closures and a reduced lamp power in the equipment's standby mode. The bridges can be equipped with a PLC control which allows the online performance monitoring of the lamp.
