Description

Application: The UV LED chain conveyor hardens all UV-reactive materials, such as e.g. thick-film protective lacquers or paint, adhesives, casting resins and UV lacquers or paint. Until now, conventional UV lamps containing mercury have been used for hardening processes. Meanwhile the more efficient, more environmentally friendly UV LED technology has now created a tried and tested and superior alternative. Unlike mercury vapour lamps, LED hardening utilises semiconductor-based LEDs to generate ultraviolet (UV) light. BELTRON relies on the advantages of UV LED technology with maximised performance capabilities, reliability and UV energy. Design: The UV LED chain conveyor hereby impresses with an individual width adjustment (for printed circuit boards up to 240 x 400 mm) and height adjustment from 20 - 110 mm, electronically controlled cooling system, PLC computer control for monitoring and controlling all machinery functions and a conveying speed regulating system, which is adapted to the production cycle and required UV metering level. Compared to the customary BELTRON UV dryers, the UV LED chain conveyor provides a space-saving stand-alone solution in the smallest of spaces.
