HA.BS-2F is a combined machine which consist of Tubular Slitter, Rope Opener (Detwister), Foulard (Padder), Baloon Squeezer Hydroextractor units at same time; and it is used at both tubular and openwidth fabric processing Dyeing and Finishing plants. Due the technical specification at machine developed by us, system allows you to pass both tubular & openwidth fabric in six alternated flow directions. J-box (for pre collection of fabric) Slitted Unit (Head) for Tubular fabric Detwister (Rope Opener) Unit Single of Double altermated usage of Balloon Squeezzer Hydroextractor unit Tubular form fabric pass trough the Slitter head / Openwdith fabrics directly to Detwister unit after the Jbox preunit Twistings will be opened with the help of Detwister unit, At the first application unit according to the process either the 1st padding for openwidth or 1st Balloon squeezing applications will be done, At the second application unit according to the process the Softener /Optical Brightener chemical either the 2nd padding for openwidth or 2nd Balloon squeezing applications will be done, With the help of conveying Belt fabric will be plaited and forwarded accordingly to Dryer.
