The KMA plant is a Mobile Cold Mixing Plant especially designed for:
1. Reclaimed Asphalt with bitumen or tar content to mix with bitumen emulsion and water Reclaimed Asphalt as before to mix with lime or with cement and water
2. The recipe is computer controlled; there are two separate weigh hoppers installed for aggregate and cement.
Emulsion and water is dosed by flow meter.
