Target of the BENNINGHOVEN engineering team had been to design a highly mobile and efficient asphalt mixing plant type ''Batch Mobile'', with high technological standard in combination with user friendly operation as the key points of our quality assurance.

Models available are of: 60, 80 t/h capacity
By combining units normally supplied on seperate chassis we have reduced the numbers of units needed to a minimum. The big plus factors are savings in transportation and erection time and cost while still achieving high production and reliability.

Typical configuration mobile units:

Unit 1: Cold feed and drying
- 4 bin cold feed section, each bin with variable speed belt feeder for
accuracy of feed delivery into the drying process via reversible collection
conveyor.
- Dryer with insulation and aluminium cladding together with
BENNINGHOVEN high efficiency lifter design.
- High efficient and acclaimed BENNINGHOVEN ''RAX JET TURBO'' burner

Unit 2: Mixing section, dust collection and controls
- Self erecting vertical elevator
- Double split deckscreen providing 4 grades sizes
- Weigh section for aggregatesl, bitumen and filler
- Pivoting twin shaft paddle mixer
- Cloth filtration system with pre-separator for coarse and fine dust
- Reclaimed filler buffer silo and delivery system
- Control cabin with computerised control system for entire plants

Other mobil units available to complement the 2 main units include:
* Bitumentank with integral Thermal hot oil heater and gas oil tank
* Imported filler silo system
* Mixed material storage system
* Power generator
