Highly accurate moisture analyser for bulk materials MicroPolar is our latest online moisture analyser, using state-of-the-art microwave transmission technology. The moisture measurement is noncontact, either across a conveyor belt or chute. As there is no contact with the measured material, the sensors are not subject to any wear and tear and maintenance is not required. Typical industries include power plants, mining, chemical, pulp & paper and building materials. The measurement is carried out without the need for radiometric compensation. With a height sensor, the system compensates for varying bulk heights on the conveyor belt.
