The advantages of this type of pump include uniform flow and a large cross-section, thus allowing it to treat products containing suspended solids. They are also ideal for treating very viscous, compact and doughy products.
They are available in different versions:
* with flanged intake with or without pre-feeding screw,
* with hopper and screw for very viscous products,
* with hopper and screw plus bridge breaker with paddles for particularly thick products or products
The range includes single-stage pumps (up to 6 bar) and two-stage pumps (12 bar) up to
a capacity of 50 t/h.
