Laser diameter gauge
Beta LaserMike
Economical and User Friendly
Multi-Axis Offline Part Measurement System
The 4-Axis Accunet Benchtop Measurement System is for customers
looking to quickly and easily setup a multi-axes offline part measurement
system that is capable of checking samples, generating trend charts,
providing SPC and logging the data. It also allows the operators to
use their familiarity with Beta LaserMike’s online gauges in an offline
environment (such as a lab or production floor QC station), thereby
reducing the learning curve.
Effortless setup of the gauges as well as multiple part recipes storage, run
menus and color-coded displays make this a very user-friendly software.
Color trend displays give an “at-a-glance” indication of part variation. Data
is collected and logged into Microsoft® Excel for further analysis.
As compared to its 2-Axis counterpart, the 4-Axis system uses two
AccuScan gauges and checks parts in two locations with the axes
45° apart. The software provides the ovality at each location as well
the overall ovality of the part.
Optional customized bases and part fixtures are available to ensure
rapid and accurate mounting of the part. Gauges are easily setup and
connected directly to an optional PC either through USB or Ethernet.
