The Beta LaserMike Model 200 Scanner offers you unrivalled
measurement precision for applications requiring dual-plane
diameter measurements of small products. To meet your need for
non-contact measurements of challenging products such as fine
wire and fiber optics, the Model 200 Scanner uses two long-life,
laser diode sources. This durable laser scanner can measure
products ranging in size from 0.0012 to 0.25 in. (0.03-6.35 mm),
helping you lower manufacturing costs, improve productivity, and
achieve higher product quality.
The compact package design of the Model 200 allows easy
integration into your existing line. The scanner can be mounted in
any orientation using two tapped mounting surfaces. Engineered for
longevity and robustness, the Model 200 Scanner’s internal optics
and electronics are mounted on precision plates and sealed in a
cast aluminum housing. Each scanner is precisely collimated and
aligned to ensure maximum accuracy and long life for uninterrupted
operation on your line.
