LASERSPEED 9000 - Non-contact Length & Speed Measurement System

With the ability to measure length and speed non-contact with accuracy better than ±0.05%, LaserSpeed is the ideal gauge for replacing contact tachometers that are prone to a variety of measurement errors and high maintenance costs. LaserSpeed uses the non-contact laser doppler velocimetry (LDV) technique with all signal processing and intelligence built directly into the gauge, allowing it to integrate with a variety of other systems from simple length counters to advanced control systems.
A Bragg cell is built in the optical system to allow for measurement of speeds from 0m/min, et to detect the direction of travel of the product without the need for external information.
LaserSpeed is able to measure length & speed on dis-/continuous and in-line processes, on most kind of material and surface types.
