CNC laser tube cutting machine
The Bewo SLF 110 tube laser system is specifically designed for the 3 - 4 axis laser cutting of tubes and allows for the loading and linear positioning of 110 mm diameter, square tubes 80 x 80 tubes up to 7000 mm long from a bundle system. The Bewo SLF 110 has a very rigid construction.
All machine movements move under simultaneous CNC control and direct the laser beam along a pre-programmed path. The co-ordination between the laser parameters and system movements will also be under continuous CNC control. The superior software allows the laser to maximize the efficiency of its movements to get optimal cutting results and minimized energy and gas consumption.
The continuous rotary automatic clamping chuck, with 2 by 2 independent jaws moving over the whole stroke, which is retaining and rotating the tube is assembled to the Y- axis faceplate assembly. It moves the tube horizontally to form the 7,000 mm linear axis movement. The complete arrangement effects the interpolated linear and rotary movements of the tube through the workstation area. The fumes will be exhausted from the back of the rotary table through the chuck.
