Description
The TCM-90 is a universal tube cleaning system, constructed of stainless steel and insulated to minimise heat losses. The tubes will be transported with a segmented drum through the washing liquid.
After washig the products will be dryed, a walking beam system transports the products though the drying zone. Here the products will be dryed with circulated air generated by air pumps.
With this process we can guarantee products without chips, its processing capacity can reach 3,200 products per hour. depending on the diameter and length of the product.
The washing machine can be integrated with all cutting lines.
