BHASTRIK possess the capability to manufacture NESTING RIPPLE type edge welded diaphragm bellows in stainless steel AM350 and exotic metals including Hastealloy C-276 and Inconel 600, 625 or 718, in sizes ranging from minimum of 12 mm I.D. to 175 mm O.D.

The precision-formed diaphragms are edge welded by micro plasma welding using special fixtures to prevent uneven stress build up. The thickness of diaphragms varies between 0.127mm and upward 0.30mm.
