The machine is very fast (it works with the essential movements only) and the operations to mount the moulds are very practical.
The machine works in semi-automatic with playback cycles (the cycle start when the operator close the safety door); at the end of the backing phase the cores are taken off by means of a button strip or of a pedal keyboard.
All the cylinders have electro-pneumatic movements with final decelerators; the plates are heated with low voltage heating elements and have the independent control and regulation of the temperature for the right and left plate
