BIAR Sampling systems
Reactor sampling systems:
Its principle of function is to push the liquid by a piston and chamber to the outside of the reactor.
As a result of gravity, the liquid flows via a loop back into the reactor.
In accordance with the requirements a sampler and / or an analytical apparatus for the measurement of certain values (i.e. pH, viscosity, Redox, Conductivity, etc.) can be installed in this circuit.
The liquid is never sucked but pushed up.
No aspiration problems.
Avoids the use of a vacuum pump.
Guaranteed sampling even under extreme vacuum conditions 10--7 [mmHg]
Magnetic drive in a two chamber system avoids the physical contact as well as dynamic seals. Small piston lift.
Compact design.
Simple operation.
Self-cleansing.
Closed sampling system.
Excellent draining.
