Flexibility and customisation are the key elements in the Arrow routing centres. The machine can be used to process solid wood furniture, kitchen units, office and bedroom furniture, and is mainly destined for use by large and medium industries. Specialisation in specific machining operations, reliability when working with single, large, thick pieces and in nesting operations, these are the main characteristics of the Arrow processing centre. Thanks to its high level of customisation and its versatility the Arrow router machine is suitable to carry out the widest possible range of machining operations, from solid wood door and window frames to all those operations requiring fast panel feed-through rates. Arrow is available with a flat table or with a bar table, interchangeable with two working units and two different types of tool change device. The structure is extremely rigid, comprising a monolithic base and a beam designed to deal with the highest levels of strain and dynamic stress imposed by the machining operations. The machine is offered with a doubled table so as to carry out loading operations during masked time, without slowing down the manufacturing process. The Arrow line uses extremely powerful electrospindles, up to 13.5 kW if air-cooled and 15 kW if liquid-cooled.
