Power, reliability and productivity are the basic characteristics of Excel routing machines, the line designed for large industries, third party manufacturers and all those businesses with their eye to an increasingly competitive market. The Excel line represents the ideal solution for all those problems relating to the production of solid wood furniture, kitchen units, office and bedroom furniture. It can also be used for specific machining operations requiring a high level of specialisation, when working with single, large, thick pieces. The level of customisation and the large number of models and configurations available make the whole range suitable for the widest variety of machining and productivity requirements. For greater versatility, Excel is also available with bar tables fitted with interchangeable jigs (ATS / EPS), the productivity of the router combines with the versatility typical of Biesse processing centres. The structure of the base is extremely rigid, to cope with the dynamic stress involved during the machining operations. The machine is offered with a doubled table so as to carry out loading operations during masked time, without slowing down the manufacturing process. Excel uses extremely powerful electrospindles, up to 13.5 kW if air-cooled and up to 15 kW if liquid-cooled. The Excel NC processing centre line is available with three different types of working unit.
