Hi-Jet Holders introduce coolant capabilities to machine tools without coolant-through spindles. Hi-Jet Holders minimize overheating and distortion of workpieces and allows coolant-through cutting tools to provide faster metal removal rates by flushing chips out of the holes. With reduced heat generation, tool life is greatly extended.

* Sturdy one-piece design of shank and tool holder.
* Suitable for automatic tool changer.
* Various design features and special coated seal rings enable the coolant
inducer to be used with a maximum coolant pressure of 284 PSI and
speeds up to 6000 RPM.
* Positioning ring is adjustable from 0° to 360°; therefore the coolant
connection can be located in any position.
* Three different positioning pins with various setting dimensions allow
simple installation of the stop block on the machine tool.
