HMC Chucks feature the "Perma Fix" Roll Lock System, with its long fine slots of the internal bore, is an integral part of the entire body. This design assures ultra accuracy and rigidity. When tightening the nut, the needle roller bearings rise on the exterior taper of the chuck body and clamp evenly around the entire 360° tool perimeter. As a result, the greater the clamping pressure, the higher the concentricity.

Superior steel alloy allows tough hardening treatment for greater durability. The New Hi-Power Milling Chuck can be operated thousands of times before even the slightest wear will become apparent. The patented pin mechanism assures positive non-slip locking for large diameter 2" shank cutters under the heaviest cutting conditions.
