General The L100P Lubricator is a manual grease pump for Series Progressive systems. The lubricator is composed of an aluminum pump body and a heat treated steel piston which is driven by a vertical hand lever. Operation Once the lubrication system is installed, in order to ensure all lubrication points are correctly lubricated and prevent over-lubrication, the number of strokes should be kept in mind. A grease level indicator can be seen in the reservoir, this will help the operator to observe if there is enough grease in the reservoir 1. Fill the reservoir with grease.* 2. Push down the lever and the pump draws grease into the pump. 3. Push back the lever and the pump delivers grease to the outlet. Maintenance The pump must be operated as often as recommended by the machine manufacturer. Check the grease level regularly and fill the reservoir as necessary. Periodically check the lubrication lines to ensure they are not broken or crushed and that they are in good condition. Ensure all fittings are tightened correctly
