Our Water Batching System BT-7000 comprises a temperature and a microwave moisture sensor which are both installed in the mixer. The batching computer calculates and then doses the additional water according to the measured data. We can either use a water dosing unit or a water scale. If you wish to use recycling water, we can offer a precise module for the determination of solids.
The BT-7000 system is user-friendly and provides a high repeatability. It can control up to 4 mixers simultaneously.
The low priced version BT-700 can control up to 2 mixers. It is not possible to connect a water scale to the BT-700.
