The construction of the wet coating cabin consists of galvanized steel panels. The outer surfaces of the coating cabin are coated with electrostatic coating. Water curtain of the cabin is made of 1.5 mm galvanized metal sheets. Water pool and the filtration is made of 2 mm galvanized metal sheets. Washing of the air in the cabin is done by means of nozzles. Coating particles escaping from the water curtain are captured at the washing nozzles. These nozzles are made of aluminum; and they can be easily disassembled and cleaned. A separate valve is available for adjustments of the upper overflow tank and nozzle pressure. There are two times more water filters before the pump suction. The suction tank is equipped with an overflow pipe, drain valve of the system water, and fresh water inlet pipe. The electrical panel is on the cabin; and the electric motors are protected with thermal relays. Lighting is provided with etange armature. With the water curtain and air-washing systems, coating particles captured in the best way.
