BSP2 BIMAL

BSP2 is a production test stand for running in and testing of hydraulic single pumps right or left, gear pumps or not. The machine allows to verify the performances of the pumps in accordance with all the necessary qualifications of the final product.
The test will be carried out automatically with a cycle for each type of pump. The test stand can test pumps up to a flow of 50 lt/1' (13 gpm) and pressure up to 320 bar (4,641 psi) considering the power of the electric motor of 25 CV.
On this standard version pumps must be installed screwing flange in the driver and oil pipes on the connections. On request is possible to supply an automatic locking equipment in accordance with the type of customer's pump.
The test stand has a PC module for the automatic execution of the test and a BIMAL software in order to recorder all data and print a final report. Moreover the PC includes a special data acquisition software to point out the performances of the pumps to use for laboratory tests.
